Three of the most important controls for the strip processing lines, combined in one single system.

While the material is running, the values of thickness, width and straightness are continuously measured, ensuring control of the entire production. The measurement results are displayed on the operator panel in real time and saved on an automatic control report, which is generated at the end of each processing cycle and available in different formats.

The newest of this family of thickness-width-straightness gauges has just been installed in a leading company in the steel strips Italian market, on an edge trimming line.
